We quote NET Against real availability for those dates, with the properties named and the inclusions written out.
We execute Drivers briefed, flights monitored, suppliers confirmed the day before and again on the morning. When something moves, you hear it from us first.
02The terms
Included: ground transport, guiding, the coordination of every movement, and the services named in the day plan.
Quoted separately on request: international and domestic airfare, park entry fees, gratuities, and meals beyond those named.
Rates are NET and quoted per program. Here the dates, the group size and the access requirements move the cost further than the route does, which is why the quote follows the brief rather than a tariff.
We say plainly where something sits outside what we can verify.
