VIARE Panama is a boutique destination management company (DMC) providing bespoke travel program design and ground operation services in Panama. Our services include private transfers, guided experiences, accommodation coordination, and multi-day itinerary management.

All programs are custom-designed based on client requirements. No standardized packages are sold through this website. Pricing, availability, and program specifics are confirmed through direct communication prior to any booking.

2. Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting a contact form on this website does not constitute a booking or reservation. It initiates a conversation. A booking is confirmed only when both parties have agreed in writing to the program details, pricing, and payment terms, and an initial deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or program request at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are valid for the period stated in the written quote. VIARE Panama reserves the right to adjust pricing due to changes in supplier costs, currency fluctuations, or other factors beyond our control, with prior notice to the client.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation conditions are specified in the individual program agreement provided to each client prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by program, supplier, and timing. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in the individual program agreement. In general:

–    Cancellations made 30 or more days before the program start date: deposit refundable minus administrative fees

–    Cancellations made 15–29 days before: 50% of total program cost retained

–    Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before: 100% of total program cost retained

 These are general guidelines. The terms in the signed program agreement take precedence in all cases.

5. Liability

VIARE Panama acts as an organizer and coordinator of travel services provided by independent suppliers including hotels, transportation companies, guides, and activity operators. While we personally verify and select all suppliers to our standards, we are not liable for:

–    Acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers

–    Events beyond our reasonable control including weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions

–    Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during program activities

 We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, including coverage for cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or complete. Travel conditions, supplier details, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Always confirm specifics directly with us before making any decisions based on website content.

7. Intellectual Property
