We design and operate private travel programs in Panama: private transfers, chauffeur services, guided experiences, accommodation coordination, group logistics and multi-day itineraries. Every program is tailor-made. The descriptions and itineraries on this website are indicative; pricing, availability and final program details are confirmed in writing before any booking.
Sending a contact form does not make a booking. It starts a conversation. A booking is confirmed only when both parties have agreed in writing on the program, the price and the payment terms, and the initial deposit has been received. We may decline an inquiry at our discretion.
Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Until the booking is confirmed, rates and availability may change; the deposit, balance and payment methods are set out in our Booking Conditions.
Cancellation charges, changes and refunds are set out in our Booking Conditions, which form part of every booking. The version in force on the date of booking applies.
VIARE Panama organizes and coordinates services delivered by independent providers — hotels, transport companies, guides and activity operators — that we select and verify. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including weather, natural events, civil unrest or government action, and nothing in these terms limits any right that Panamanian law grants to consumers. Travel insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation and repatriation is a condition of booking, as set out in the Booking Conditions; we also recommend cover for cancellation.
We keep the information on this website accurate and current. Travel conditions, providers and availability change, so please confirm the specifics with us before relying on them.
The text, photography, logos and design of viarepanama.com belong to VIARE PANAMA CORP. or are used under license, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes are subject to the courts of Panama City.
We may update these terms. The effective date below always shows the current version.
